  • Return requests can be raised on the My Orders Section within 7 days of delivery.
  • Let us take care of it. Our logistics partner will swiftly arrange product pickup within 2 working days.
  • Your peace of mind matters to us. We conduct a thorough quality check upon return to ensure everything is in order.
  • Once your returned item passes our quality check, we'll promptly initiate your refund to your original payment source.

4. Cancellation of Orders:

  • Change of heart? Not a problem. You can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that it depends on the order status.

5. Refund Processing:

Your patience means the world to us. Refunds typically take:

  • 7 to 10 working days for credit/debit card or net banking refunds.
  • Up to 3 weeks for Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds, requiring some documentation.
